1. Warranty: 2 years' warranty from the date of receipt of the item. The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. To assert your warranty rights, you can contact us by email at support@malu-bike.ch quoting the defect and the article identification code shown on the invoice. The guarantee is non-transferable and will not apply/will not be granted under any circumstances if the article/product is not the property of the principal/initial and invoicing customer.

2. Cancellation: If payment has already been made, no request for cancellation may be considered. If payment is not made, a cancellation request may be considered for special cases (purchase errors, etc.). We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be given.

3. Return: You have 14 days to return the product if for any reason you change your mind. The product can only be returned and a refund will only be given if the product is still in the same condition as it was shipped, including packaging. We reserve the right not to accept a return. In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

4. Product images: Product images are indicative and minor deviations from the photo may occur.

5. Installation: The installation of the bicycle frame should be carried out by a qualified professional to ensure that the frame is installed correctly and that the warranty is valid.

6. Maintenance: The bicycle frame requires regular maintenance to ensure the safety and longevity of the product.

7. Buyer's responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for selecting the appropriate frame for the type of bicycle and intended use. Furthermore, the purchaser is responsible for using the frame safely and correctly.
