Warranty
All products, including frames, complete bicycles, e-bikes, and components, come with a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage resulting from improper use or inadequate maintenance. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@malu-bike.ch with details of the defect and the item identification code from the invoice. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. -
Cancellation
If payment has already been completed, no cancellation requests can be accepted. If payment has not been made, cancellation requests may be considered in special cases (e.g., purchase errors). We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. -
Returns
You have 14 days to return the product if you change your mind. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customized or used products cannot be returned. -

Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for selecting the appropriate product for their needs, whether it be a complete bicycle, an e-bike, or individual components. Additionally, the buyer must ensure the safe and correct use of the product, especially for e-bikes, which require attention to local regulations and usage conditions.
